HEIDI KINDBERG GOSS

Heidi is a graduate of San Diego State University with a Bachelors of Science in Telecommunications and Film.  She has production experience in television, feature film, documentary and news formats, working with companies such as DreamWorks, Warner Bros., and Channel One.  Her goal is to use her talents in ways that enrich the lives of others, especially children and teens. 

Heidi truly discovered yoga during her first pregnancy and became a dedicated practitioner.  After the birth of her son Jackson, and realizing she'd like to do yoga more often than she could get to class, she asked her instructor, Jo Ann, to recommend a home video with certain qualities.  She couldn't.   So, with concept in mind, Heidi formed Down Dog Productions, LLC with Jo Ann and their husbands.  Today, with two children at home, Heidi concentrates on motherhood and providing an opportunity for other mom's like her to get their yoga in without leaving home.
