“Yoga Ma Baby Ga” Offers FREE Yoga Class in honor of Mother’s Day!

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (April 18, 2005) – Down Dog Productions announces a FREE Mom and Baby Yoga class – “Yoga Ga” Live – in honor of Mother’s Day.

All new moms – come and feel good! “Yoga Ma Baby Ga” instructor Jo Ann Colker Arison is offering her Friday morning Mom and Baby Yoga class FREE on Friday, May 6th at 10:15am (class usually $20) at Nana’s Garden in Los Angeles.

Included in the post natal yoga exercise class for moms and their babies (0-18 months) are hands on adjustments, suggestions on how to incorporate your little one into appropriate yoga poses, and a solution to the big question of how to find time to exercise with your baby by your side.
