Return and Exchanges

Down Dog Productions, LLC guarantees our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied or the product is defective we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase.

If a return or exchange is necessary, please state the reason and your request for return or exchange in the area at the bottom left of the invoice and include it in your package along with the product.

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of shipping and exclude shipping and handling charges.

Please Note: If you purchased a Down Dog product at a retail location and need a return or exchange, please take it to the store where it was originally purchased. The address above is only for returns and exchanges of products purchased from our website.
